It's springtime again! Time for some fun drinks to help put that spring back into your step.

Spring Fever (non alcoholic)

INGREDIENTS:
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz mango syrup
• 1 1/2 oz apple juice
• 2 oz blood orange juice

PREPARATION:
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a collins glass half-filled with crushed ice.



April Rain

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz vermouth
• lime peel for garnish

PREPARATION:
1. Pour the vodka, vermouth and lime juice into cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with the lime peel.

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 oz gin
• 1/4 oz sweet vermouth
• 1/4 oz dry vermouth
• 1 oz orange juice
• Angostura bitters to taste
• orange twist for garnish

PREPARATION:
1. Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with the orange twist.



Long Island Ice Tea

INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 oz triple sec
• 1/2 oz light rum
• 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz tequila
• 1 oz sour mix
• cola
• lemon wedge for garnish

PREPARATION:
1. Pour the spirits and sour mix into a collins glass with ice.
2. Stir well or shake with tin over top of the glass.
3. Top the glass off with cola.
4. Garnish with the lemon wedge.



Easter Egg

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 oz blue curaçao
• 1 oz white créme de cacao
• half-and-half

PREPARATION:
1. Pour the blue curaçao and crème de cacao over ice cubes in an old fashioned glass.
2. Float the half-and-half on top to taste.



Yellow Bird

INGREDIENTS:
• juice of half a lime
• 1 1/4 oz orange juice
• 1 oz light rum
• 1 oz dark rum
• 1/4 oz Galliano
• maraschino cherry for garnish

PREPARATION:
1. Squeeze the lime juice into a shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients.
3. Shake well.
4. Strain into a collins glass with crushed ice.
5. Garnish with the cherry.



English Rose

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz dry vermouth
• 1 oz apricot brandy
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp grenadine
• maraschino cherry for garnish

PREPARATION:
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
