We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn't fit, we will gladly offer store credit, exchange or a refund within 15 days of your ship date.
We won't accept exchanges or returns on special orders or sale items!
Please let us know by email (ask@edgeofurge.com) within 5 days of receiving your order to confirm your intention to return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer!
Returns made without prior notification will not be processed.
Returns received after 15 days will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Merchandise must be received in NEW condition, unworn and with tags intact, or we will refuse the exchange.
If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size, we will not charge shipping for the exchange.
(For domestic exchanges only. International exchanges are responsible for re-shipment charges.)
When returning items, please be sure to pack items carefully in the same way you recieved them (example: pack shoe boxes in another box before you ship them out). We will refuse shipment of poorly packed items. We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and insurance, and we cannot be liable for packages lost in the mail. We will credit your card on receipt of the returned items and will send you an email confirmation.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee!
