Return Policies:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In order for us
to process a return, exchange or store credit, please use the
following guidelines. These apply to purchases from our online shop,
www.edgeofurge.com only. For in store questions, please email
ask@edgeofurge.com
- Please let us know by email (ask@edgeofurge.com)
within 5 days of receiving your order to confirm your intention
to return/exchange.
- Returns/exchanges made without prior notification will not
be processed.
- Ship your order back to us within 5 days of receipt.
- If you are exchanging an item, we will email you a pre-paid label.
- If you are returning an item for a refund, you are
responsible for shipping costs.
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is
defective or the return is a result of our error.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns on special orders
or sale items.
- Merchandise must be received in NEW condition, unworn
and with tags intact, or we will refuse the exchange.
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns received after 15 days will be subject to a 40%
restocking fee.
- When returning items, please be sure to pack
items carefully in the same way you received them
(example: pack shoe boxes in another box before you ship
them out). We will refuse shipment of poorly packed items.
We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and
insurance, and we cannot be liable for packages lost in the
mail.
- We will credit your card on receipt of the returned items
and will send you an email confirmation once the process is
completed. Please allow 3-5 business days, depending on
your issuing bank or credit card company, for the transaction
to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
