Q: When will my order ship?
A: We do our very best to ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. If an item you ordered is hand made that means it will be made to order just for you and may take up to 2 weeks for it to be ready for shipping. Orders are not shipped on holidays or weekends. If you have any questions or special requests, just email us at ask@edgeofurge.com or call us at 910.762.1662.
You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order as soon as the order ships. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add ask@edgeofurge.com to your safe sender list.

Q: What if I order something handmade + an item that is not? Will I have to wait
2 weeks for everything?
A: No! We work closely with our handmade designers as they make your orders. If we can get your handmade item within 2-3 days, we will wait and ship when the item is complete. If your handmade item is going to take longer to complete, we will notify you of the items that are (available to ship right away).
Q: I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
A: Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. But, if you place a new order for the item and contact us at ask@edgeofurge.com right away, we will do our best to make sure it is shipped out with your previous order with an adjusted shipping cost.
Q: I need to change something on my order, how can I make this happen?
A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us straight away! We are pretty speedy and process/ ship orders quickly. Once your order has been fully processed we will no longer be able to make any changes. We also don't want to get in trouble for chasing the postman down the street.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Return policy guidelines are stated here: Returns & Exchanges. Please notify us at ask@edgeofurge.com within 5 days of receiving your package of your intent to return or exchange an item.
Q: How long does it take to process my return?
A: Once we have received your package (with the items you would like to return that are in new, unworn condition), your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Q: What if I purchase an item, and then it goes on sale?
A: If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly refund the price difference if the original date of shipment was within 7 days of the first day of the sale.
Q: Can I return the SALE items I've purchased?
A: No, all items purchased on sale or marked down are final.
Q: DANG!!! IT'S SOLD OUT!!! What if the item I want in is no longer available in my size?
A: High demand items sell out super quickly, but we may get more soon!

Q: I just received my order, and the colors are different from what they look like on my computer screen. Why?
A: Every computer screen depicts colors differently. We do our best to have a precise representation of our products, but if you have any questions about a color hue please contact us. As for the hand-made EOU feather jewelry, colors may slightly differ since every feather is different, which is what makes them so unique and special!
Q: What does "hand-made" mean? Who is making my order?
A: These items are made by independent artisan's and designer's own two hands, often specifically for your order. This includes many items in the Edge of Urge collection, hand-made to order by designer and owner Jessie Williams! Lots of the other independent designers and artisans featured on our site are local to our hometown of Wilmington, NC, some are even EOU staff! Supporting hand-made is a team effort!!!
Q: How do I get a coupon code for EOU?

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Why yes we do! We (even handwrite messages) of your choosing to the recipient!
Q: I was charged twice for my order. Help!
A: If you are certain that you've only placed one order and received only one order confirmation email, it is most likely that the problem occurred on your credit card company's end.
- When a customer places an order with us, the credit card transaction is sent to the issuing bank of your credit or debit card for verification. The bank then performs two verification checks on the credit card:
- STEP 1: Check the validity of the credit card number. If the credit card number is valid, then the credit card's issuing bank places a "hold" on the transaction amount (i.e., charge the credit card).
- STEP 2: Verify the address assigned to the credit card. If the address verification step fails, then the transaction is DECLINED and the credit card's issuing bank is responsible for "reversing" the charge.
- The problem that you may be facing is that the bank has placed a hold/charge on your credit card, but has not yet reversed the charge after the address verification process. According to the credit card processing company, it takes approximately 2 to 30 days for the charge to be reversed by the credit card's issuing bank. Therefore, although it may take a while, the duplicate pending charge that you see on your statement will be reversed.

Q: How many stores do you have? Is there an Edge of Urge near my house?
A: As of right now we have our one beautiful store in the historic district of Wilmington, NC. We opened the website after so many requests from customers to open stores in their town. Now we are available coast to coast and all over the world 24 hours a day!
Pricing: All listed prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Should a case arise where an item is unintentionally listed at an incorrect price, EOU reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price. We will notify you a.s.a.p. if there has been an error so that the issue can be resolved.

North Carolina State Residents will be charged 7% sales tax upon checkout.
